American Farmland Trust is seeking a Kansas Grazing Specialist to lead efforts in improving grassland health and supporting livestock producers across the state. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Kansas, and offers a full benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in grazing management and a strong understanding of conservation practices.
Responsibilities include:
- developing grazing management plans
- working one-on-one with producers
- coordinating grazing mentors
- and leading outreach through field days and producer events.
This is a key role in ensuring the long-term resilience of Kansas grazing lands and the producers who depend on them!
