Kansas Grazing Lands Coalition Hosts 2025 Adult Range Management Academies Across the State
The Kansas Grazing Lands Coalition (KGLC) invites ranchers, landowners, and grazing professionals to its 2025 Range Academies, coming to two unique Kansas regions. These immersive, hands-on learning experiences are designed to help you make your grazing plans more efficient, sustainable, and resilient, no matter what nature or markets throw your way.
Two Academy Options – Choose the One That Fits You Best

Tallgrass Academy – August 12–14, 2025 at Camp Wood, Elmdale (Flint Hills region)

Shortgrass Academy – August 26–28, 2025 at Camp Christy, Scott City (Western Kansas)
Both are 2½-day, in-depth trainings that combine real-world ranching insight with the latest in range science.
