Kansas Grazing Lands Coalition is very excited to introduce to you, our new Co-Directors! Both gentlemen are bringing outstanding resumes to the table. Please join us in welcoming David Kraft & Bruce Wells!

David Kraft, of Gridley, Kansas, is serving as the Technical Contact for KGLC. He retired from NRCS after nearly 36 years of service at the end of calendar year 2020. In that service time he worked as a District Conservationist, Area Rangeland Management Specialist, State Rangeland Management Specialist, and Regional Ecological Site Specialist.

They have three adult sons and five grandchildren, and enjoy traveling, hiking, and most outdoor activities.

Bruce Wells, of Cottonwood Falls, KS is serving as the financial coordinator for KGLC. He grew up in Gridley, Kansas where his family still operates a cow/calf and stocker operation.

Wells retired from the Natural Resources Conservation Service after a 34-year career with the agency.  During his NRCS career Wells served as District Conservationist, Resource Conservation and Development Coordinator, Watershed Planner and Assistant State Conservationist.
