Improving Pollinator Populations - Sun City

Tour the sites of pollinator habitat improvement projects done by landowners cooperatively
with KGLC and the US Fish & Wildlife Services’ Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program.

You can register for one location or more with the registration cost being $5 for each location.

Lunch is included in registration.

We will tour Kansas Red Hills area near Medicine Lodge, KS to see ranches that use patch burn grazing and cedar control to enhance pollinator habitat.

These tours and workshops are done in part through a National Fish and Wildlife Foundation grant to promote good grazing land management for Monarch butterflies and other pollinators administered and carried out by KS Grazing Lands Coalition and the US Fish & Wildlife Services’ Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program.
