Improving Pollinator Populations - Wilson KS

Tour the sites of pollinator habitat improvement projects done by landowners cooperatively
with KGLC and the US Fish & Wildlife Services’ Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program.


You can register for one location or more with the registration cost being $5 for each location.

The first location is May 29th near Wilson, KS. We will tour Smoky Hills area ranches to learn about
cedars, fire, grazing and how pollinators react to each.

These tours and workshops are done in part through a National Fish and Wildlife Foundation grant to promote good grazing land management for Monarch butterflies and other pollinators administered and carried out by KS Grazing Lands Coalition and the US Fish & Wildlife Services’ Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program.
